CHILD PROOF 1.0 =============== written by Mark Overmars CHILD PROOF is a program that protect your computer from children by accident pressing wrong buttons or key. It hides all windows, the toolbar at the bottom and the desktop and replaces it by a toolbar with programs you allow your child to execute. This avoids most problems when children use the computer, but not all. Please read the documentation before starting CHILD PROOF. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ------------------- A modern PC, running Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT4 or higher is required. USING AND DISTRIBUTING THE PROGRAM ---------------------------------- CHILD PROOF may be used free of charge, in any way, for any purpose. In may be distributed by any means, provided that the original files as supplied by the author remain intact and no charge is made other than for reasonable distribution costs. CHILD PROOF may be placed on any archive or BBS system. CHILD PROOF may not be distributed as a component of any commercial product without a prior license agreement with the author. CHILD PROOF is distributed as-is. The author no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, direct or indirect, that might occur from using this program. INSTALLING THE PROGRAM ---------------------- To install the program simply run CHILDPRF.EXE. This will start the install wizard that will guide you through the installation. To uninstall the program go to the Configuration screen. Select the icon Software and indicate that you want to remove Child Proof.
